Answer: According to the Judicial Assistance Agreement, the Convention on the Service of Civil or Commercial Judicial Documents and Foreign Judicial Documents to Foreign Countries, or diplomatic channels for the service of judicial documents, if the relevant authorities of our country have transmitted the judicial documents to the relevant authorities of the recipient's country for six months, and if no proof of service has been received and it is insufficient to determine that the documents have been delivered based on various circumstances, it shall be deemed that the service cannot be made in this way.
