Answer: If a Court needs to provide a translation of judicial documents according to relevant regulations, the Court that accepts the case should entrust a translation agency within the territory of the People's Republic of China to translate. The translated document does not bear the seal of the Court, but should be signed or stamped by the translation agency or translator to prove that the translation is consistent with the original text.
