Answer: In foreign-related civil and commercialcases, some recipients have established representative offices, branches, and business agents within the territory of the People's Republic of China. The Court may serve litigation documents on parties who have no domicile within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and may serve them on the representative office established by the recipient within the territory of the People's Republic of China, or on the branch or business agent authorized to receive service. The Court may serve judicial documents on the recipient of service to their representative offices established within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If the recipient has a branch or business agent within the territory of the People's Republic of China, the Court may, with the authorization of the recipient, serve on the branch or business agent.
