Answer: In foreign-related civil andcommercial cases, unless the recipient clearly states in the power of attorney that their litigation attorney has no right to receive relevant judicial documents on their behalf, the litigation attorney entrusted by them is the litigation attorney who has the right to receive delivery on their behalf as stipulated in Article 274 (4) of the Civil Procedure Law. The Court may serve to the litigation attorney.
