During the accident investigation, the main responsibility of the accident investigation team is to find out the accident situation, identify the accident responsibility and submit the accident investigation report. The participation of the members of the investigation team in the accident investigation is an official act. In order to maintain the objectivity and impartiality of the accident investigation, if there is an interest relationship between the administrative organ where the members of the investigation team are located and the accident investigation results, the administrative organ and its staff shall avoid it.
