This Turkish client came to us before Chinese new year, and said two companies are pirating their product design. And as per the webpages they show us, the two Chinese companies are putting photos of this client's products on their websites; and we can see these are same products merely via eye-seeing.

It's interesting that the client used the word "design", and he thinks that Design means Copyright, in fact, in Chinese laws, Design is a word much bigger than copyright, and it can also mean "design patent" which is one of three types of patents in Chinese laws, who are invention patent, utility patent, and design patent. While in some nations, to our knowings, they only have two types of patents, invention patent and design patent.
