Case judgment opinions summary:

If some parties file an appeal against some of the items in the civil judgment of first instance, the people's court may carry out mediation work on the appeal request of the parties in the procedure of second instance, confirm the mediation agreement reached by the parties according to law, and make a mediation statement. After the conciliation statement is served, the judgment of first instance shall be deemed to be revoked.

For the remaining first trial items that are not involved in the appeal request and the mediation statement, if they do not conflict with the mediation statement and do not damage the legitimate rights and interests of the parties after review, they can be confirmed in the second trial decision.
